Workshops

The Law Office of Linda Sommers Green, LLC offers workshops for clients, prospective clients and as a public service for individuals who want to learn more about estate planning. The workshops provide education about the basic tools of estate planning, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. They inform participants about the planning challenges related to probate, guardianship, titling of assets, and estate taxes. Attendees also learn how to avoid common mistakes made in estate planning. Finally, attendees are introduced to the firm's estate planning process.

The workshops present an opportunity to learn in a non-threatening, classroom environment.  We have consistently received praise for our ability to explain things in simple to understand language. Clients who attend one of our workshops have a better understanding of how their estate plans work. They have an easier time making the important personal decisions necessary to design their plans and have a high level of satisfaction and confidence in their plans.
